Participation in meetings will be available via webconference or audio teleconference. The webconference will enable participants to hear the live audio and see the live viewing of the slides.  The teleconference will only provide the live audio.  The public will be invited to make comments at the conclusion of each meeting. → How to Participate

Please note:  For transparency’s sake and in the public interest, ONC will make audio files (.mp3) of the Federal Advisory Committees’ (FACAs') meetings available no later than 24 hours following a FACA meeting. A draft transcript of the audio file will also be posted within 5-7 days following a FACA meeting. All transcripts will be considered, and marked, as “draft” until they are reviewed and approved by the FACA members.

- All meeting dates and times are subject to change until publication of the meeting notice 
   in the Federal Register.
- NOTE: Modifications that impact a previously announced advisory committee meeting
   (i.e., time or date change) cannot always be announced quickly. Therefore, please
   check the ONC Web site periodically in the event a change has occurred.
